Just not an easy, user-friendly app to use. Layout makes it difficult to find what I'm looking for. In addition, we've been hearing for a couple of years that the "payment information" function would have nearly real-time acct info, and would only be delayed ~ 24 hours, at the most. To this day, it still says, "No transaction history", despite the fact I've paid all quarterly assessments. Just a poor app..

Everything about Frontsteps is terrible. Impossible to navigate. So many bugs. Constantly crashes. The "customer service" is utterly atrocious. You always need to go through twenty clicks to get to where you need to be. They spam our clients and also previous clients who no longer use the platform through us. DO NOT USE.

No way to register on the app. Went to website and there was no way to register there either. Took an hour to figure out that the only way to register is to visit from a desktop browser. The "New to FRONTSTEPS? Sign Up!" On the login screen is purposely hidden on mobile views. What a horrible user experience. Software must be antiquated if it can't support responsive layout.
