Lately I am having problem with this app on calculating the fare. I have to ask for assistance from call centre agent to do the calculations coz it's shows me wrong fare. I asked for assistance and did everything they ask for in the app but still a problem. Now I am asked to come to office.

Feres is a good app with flexible trip tariffs that adjust according to business demand. It would be better if the tariff structure could be improved a bit, but other than that, it’s a great platform to work with. I’m happy to work with Feres

Bad speed , bad navigation, lots of gliching,overall acording to the app performance verry bad.. the price also being the main issue unresonabley cheap price unfair for the drivers its trying to win the market at the cost of the drivers.dirty company
