Let's be honest here! 😊 I love this app mostly for the 5% bonus! 🤗 Kidding...! The app was good without its lagging problem specially on finding location and connecting nearby drivers. But the worst part comes when you try to use other features; like changing your profile picture and other similar activities. When you try to do such things, the app will suddenly restarts. Please try to fix it! Then you'll have your Five⭐.

I personally believe that Feres is an amazing ride app. I have been using it for about two months now. Much better than calling 6090. But I have a suggestion! I think it would be much more thrilling experience if you (developer) can include two points, one that pins the exact location of the client and the other that of the driver. This would lift the confidence of both parties by removing the unnecessary "go-there-turn-right...." converation which is simply a waste of time & energy. Thank you.

Since the new update the feres app has been so slow and it even gets stuck, you can't change the location to pick someone in a different location, previously you could see on the app the driver/car it was contacting and that made it easy to see the location of your drive. Otherwise it is a good transport company, thanks for the bonuses that makes you stand out from the many out there.
