So, I've been a loyal customer of Feres since they were a newbie. But no more! Wait time jumped from 3-4 minutes to more than 10-15 minutes, mainly because they intentionally added 30% extra to the actual fare & and drives decline. Additionally, they ask for a bonus fee if I want quick service, which is a scam. Many drivers are untrustworthy; I had been overcharged many times and no resolution despite my appeal to their office. I am done with their scam! Time to pack up and uninstall this app.

I'm really disappointed with this app. The main issue is that many drivers/employees refuse to accept trips that are more than 10 km. This defeats the whole purpose of an app that's supposed to work like Uber and provide reliable transportation regardless of distance. As a customer, it's frustrating to request a ride and either get rejected or wait too long simply because the distance is considered "too far." If long-distance trips are a problem, the app should be transparent about it or adjust

I'm happy with the Feres transport service. Though the drivers cancel calls for different reasons especially in the directions they want to go. The App is not friendly to choose destination. Did't allow to write more than one letter.
