The alarm keeps going off even after my wife and I tried turning it off on our apps. Plus trying to pair the monitor to the gateway was a nightmare. One of the worst purchases we made. I wish I didn't throw the box away so I could return it. Such a waste of money. Add in rude customer service and paying extra for expedited shipping and it arriving 12 days later than expected... save yourself a headache and stay far away from this product.

The app is user friendly however with one major flaw. When alarms are on, it will send a notification to your phone but no audible alerts. Tried resetting and removing battery and putting it back in. A no audio alarm system will definitely not work for this. We have Pixel 8 pro running Android 14. Please fix the sound alerts for device and app. We have no issues with sound or alerts from other apps on our phones.

This app made the process of finding a surrogate mother so much easier. The interface is very user-friendly, loads quickly, and I was able to connect with options in no time. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a simple and fast solution.
