상담원 연결도 안되고, 전화 채팅 전부 안되고. 입장도 못하는 공연 티켓을 왜 판매합니까. QR코드 발급해놓고는 종이 입장권으로 또 바꾸라고. 줄을 3시간 섰는데. 웨이팅 걸라고해서 걸어두고, 한시간이 지나도 순서 안되서 가보니 이미 입장 자체가 마비. 여기저기 항의하고 난리. 환불 하려고 하니 또 암것도 안되고.

결제가 너무너무너무 불편합니다. 카드로 결제완료되었다고까지 뜨는데 그후로 앱이 계속 로딩중이라고만 떠서 껐다켜보니 구매가 된건지 안된건지.. 여기서만 구매가능한 전시티켓이라 두번 시도했는데 결국 그냥 포기합니다 잘 모르고 약속잡았는데 앞으로는 이 어플에서만 구매가능한 전시회는 그냥 안갈것같아요 전시가 이것만 있는것도 아니고 다른 편하고 멋진 전시가 얼마나 많은데..

1. 환불이 어렵습니다. 정상적인 환불 시스템이 없고 문의로만 진행하며 환불시 포인트 전환으로 유도합니다. 물론 환불은 가능해서 불편은 하지만 아주 큰 이슈라고 하기엔 조금 애매합니다. 2. 제 값 주고 구매하면 바보 됩니다. 정상가를 주고 콘서트 예매 했는데 날짜가 다가오니 떨이 판매를 하네요. 사람 아주 바보 만드는 시스템입니다.
