So here it is – your new & improved Scoot mobile app! We’ve heard your feedback and have been working on loads of cool stuff too, so that you can have even more on the go.

You can still do all the basics like search, book and retrieve your flights:
• Look for flights across our network. When you find one that’s right, book that trip.
• Did we also mention that we now have zero processing fees across all payment methods to make travel more affordable? Yep, we are fly like this.
• You can pick seats as you’re booking a flight instead of waiting for check-in.
• You can manage your booking - sort any assistance you need, check if the sun’s out in your chosen destination and even treat yourself that upgrade. Go on, you deserve it.

I've never been able to login. At first it kept telling me my password was incorrect, so I changed it and confirmed the change. I can successfully login on the browser. But still can't login in on the app. And then it just started throwing vague errors about there being a "login error" so I should log on the browser. Well, that renders this useless then. Uninstalled.

I have a prior unfriendly exp with this app. During data input, it was correct and checked ok. But during payment, system hanged up/frozen. Continuing after reset, payment proceeded and purchase completed. However, it was later noticed that there was a slight error introduced post-reset in a passenger name. The App does not allow for this correction except through "manage your flight" function. But any activity through this function incurs a fee of S$137/=, which is very very unsatisfactory.

Scoots online services are pretty slow. I am giving two stars to the app because you can not log in. Even through the website it takes more than 10min for the security code to come through to your email. Furthermore if you select to use fingerprint authentication it will not even process to login. I know your a low cost airline but considering at times you still charge as much as a standard Singapore Airlines flight you could at least get your online systems working smoothly.
