The app is very frustrating. It often fails to pull up information on flights or bookings even when logged in (and often logs you out across workflows). Furthermore, any real changes in flight itinerary punts you out to an embedded external web browser and none of the details (login, confirmation #, etc.) transfers over so the user has to do re-do logging in and pulling up their flight. You might as well just use a browser to begin with. The app is clunky at best.

I've never been able to login. At first it kept telling me my password was incorrect, so I changed it and confirmed the change. I can successfully login on the browser. But still can't login in on the app. And then it just started throwing vague errors about there being a "login error" so I should log on the browser. Well, that renders this useless then. Uninstalled.

The app isn't working well. It keeps retrieving data (floating swan). I had to switch between wifi and mobile data and vise versa in order to stop the swan from floating. I cannot redeem flights too. Cannot sign in into my krisflyer acc. My first scoot app, few years ago worked very well. After a series of updates, the app is no longer as it was before.
