I had tried to check in via apps but keep on receiving error notification. Then i try to check in via website. Successful, but still error n never received email of my boarding pass since yesterday. Try using laptop n desktop also the same.. Had tried again this morning also replied with error notification. My flight from spore will b this evening at 335pm to Ipoh. Very frustrated.
The online check in is pathetic, as the only option for departing airports is Singapore and none of their other routes. To Scoot: If you need help with your technical abilities, there are many companies out there, including mine, that are familiar with Amadeus and integrating multiple destinations for online check-ins. If you are too cheap to pay for a company that knows how to do it then remove the online check in from the website.
Not the app as such but scoot airways customer care is pathetic.Their Indian customer care is never available and they don't even reply to query mails. Once you book a ticket they are totally unavailable.
