Ich habe mir die App geladen und musste mich direkt nach der Installation für eine 'Basic' oder 'Premium' Variante entscheiden. Da die kostenlose Basic Variante nicht das beinhaltet was ich brauche, habe ich mich für das bezahlte Premium Abo entschieden. nach nicht einmal 4h stellte ich fest, dass ich keine App Statistiken sehe. Dies war der Hauptgrund, die App zu nutzen. Der Support erklärte mir, dass diese Funktion nicht für iPhone Geräte verfügbar ist. Mein Widerruf wird nicht akzeptiert.

Ich nutze die App seit über einem Jahr. Es hat immer alles funktioniert was ohne Abo ging. Seit ein paar Monaten ist die app jedoch so gut wie unbrauchbar. Der Standort wird manchmal tage lang nicht aktualisiert. Außerdem sagt die app immer, dass im handy meines Kindes keine sim Karte sei.... so ein quatsch! Den anderen Kommentaren über der Bot Support kann ich mich nur anschließen, das ist keine Hilfe! Ganz ehrlich, holt euch lieber snapchat, diese app ortet den Standort auch und das kostenlos!

App hängt oft und der Standardort des Kindes ist viel zu oft sehr ungenau. Mein Kind ist zb schon seit einer halben Stunde zu Hause und laut App ist sie ganz wo anders. Habe aber die kostenpflichtige Version. Außerdem werden einfach Sachen in der App geändert, ohne dass man Bescheid bekommt. zb bekommt man keine Benachrichtigungen mehr, wenn das Kind einen angegebenen Radius betritt oder verlässt. Ist jetzt anscheinend auch kostenpflichtig seit kurzem. Eine Frechheit!!
