I would give it a zero, but it won't let you leave a review if you don't give it at least a one-star. It won't accept my info to log into. It says it's incorrect when I keep a record and know my info is, in fact, correct. So, I also have not gotten past the logging into my account. Just sad, I like my bank, I don't like their online sight, it needs a lot of work to fix it, it's been over a year. Please fix your issues. I even updated it like it asked, and still didn't work.

Garbage told us it would be back up and running on Monday July 29th. Well still down now I'm blocked can not login in to see if it's actually working! Should of kept the old app up until you worked out the bugs

I haven't been able to access my account since update. I'm honestly thinking about switching banks due to this and a few other issues first southern bank does not want to take care of.
