Very disappointing experience with this app. I tried to withdraw my money, but the process is unclear and not smooth at all. Even after pausing my SIP, the amount still got deducted from my account. When I attempted to cancel it, the app showed “already in progress” and didn’t allow me to stop it. The interface is confusing and not user-friendly, especially when it comes to managing SIPs and withdrawals. For a financial app, this kind of lack of control and clarity is frustrating. simply waste

₹40k+ stuck in Fisdom pool account since Feb 5 and still not credited. Support says it’s ‘in the pool’. Also submitted request to close my demat account on 4 March which is still pending. With operations being discontinued by March 19, this has been a very ‘reassuring’ customer experience.
