Logged me out off the app for almost 2 months. Customer service responds quickly to emails but the tech team did not resolve the issues even after identifying the problem so eventually I asked to withdraw the money and close my account because I wouldn't be comfortable investing large sums of money. I was glad I only just started investing because I can't imagine how stressful it would have been not to have access to my accounts and not knowing what is happening with my money.

User since 2021. Used to be seamless, now there seems to be a glitch during biometric login, that doesnt log you in. You had to go back to home page, press log in, and resubmit your password/biometric. Also, the questionnaire seems to be now working? keep loading 'collecting your options' with no result. Just want them to be fixed to get them back to 5 stars

App doesn't work. Tried to link my bank account, throws an error. Sent a message to customer service, no reply. Uninstalling. Contact me if you can fix this.

What’s new
