always crashes. says it has a bug. I have emailed support, Uninstaller and reinstalled, and restarted my phone several times. no resolve

Once I logged in after downloading this app it crashes every time I click on open. The message it returns is app stopped working . What should I do? Does it matter whether I have an Android or an iPhone
