Very useful app for reporting issues such as flytipping to the council. However, both the app and website are poorly designed. The UI isn't very user-friendly, and the app doesn't remember my login, so I have to enter it every time I submit a report. When zooming in/out of the map, it will sometimes close automatically, and there's no option to delete old reports, so my map is becoming cluttered.

The app keeps forgetting that I have an account, so prompts for a password. I would prefer if OpenStreetMap was used - more accurate. FixMyStreet is easy to use. It asks you where the problem is, to select a type of problem, then to describe it, offering the choice of submitting a photo too. Based on the type and location, it works out which is the right council to send it to. I use it mostly to report potholes, overgrown paths, graffiti, flyposting, flytipping, and missed bin collections

Many faults in this useful app have been fixed by the recent update, but the app still fails to keep me logged in. When I submit a report, I have to wait for an email to arrive to confirm the report. This is an annoying extra step that wastes time when filling in reports on the go, so I can't go higher than a 3 star rating until this is fixed. The developer failed to acknowledge that this fault still exists when responding to my last review.
