Don't ever book flights from flipkart. Successful payment confirmation window that was shown on the app. After that when I checked mytrips the booking didn't show anywhere. Contacted customer care and they said the experience is right since booking hasn't been confirmed yet. After hours they say payment was unsuccessful and refund would be initiated in 8 business days. Now I have too wait 8 days to book again? On top of that the booking still doesn't appear anywhere on the app!!! Pathetic UX

I've been a loyal Flipkart customer for years, but lately, my shopping experience has taken a nosedive. The main issue? The overwhelming number of sponsored products in search results. It's incredibly frustrating to search for a specific item and be bombarded with irrelevant, sponsored listings that have little to do with what I'm actually looking for. It feels like I'm wading through a sea of ads just to find the genuine products I want. This is not only annoying but also misleading.

I'm using Flipkart for many years and I have been impressed with the great deals, offers, and products available. However, one major downside to the app nowadays is that it is very slow and lags significantly when the back key is pressed. It also takes a long time to load a page, which can be frustrating when trying to browse through products quickly. This lagging issue definitely needs to be addressed by the developers to improve the overall user experience.
