Ratings and reviews

It has been crashing for weeks now. When I go to open the app. It starts up to the logo and then crashes before even getting to the home page. I've closed and restarted the app multiple times and restarted my phone to get access to the app. Restarting the phone isn't giving me access anymore. I've taken away my 5 star review until this issue gets addressed. I have been having to go online to check my account status, holds, and look up books and other media. Beyond frustrated.

Just loads a white screen, doesn't work: android 9. Even after reinstall, throws a file URL error when only on mobile: The connection to the server was unsuccessful. File:///android_asset/www/index.html

Please add the "My List" category under "My Account". Overall I'm happy with the app. 😊
