Pratilipi is a wonderful app for people who love to read ebooks. People who cannot afford to publish a book but have a passion for writing might also benifit from the app (I have not done enough writing to get paid by app). What I love the most about the app is that, unlike the other online apps that demands payment to read or watch a story further from the part they had come across in the ads, Pratilipi lets the readers who doesn't want to pay, read the parts in a span of some specific hours.

very bad experience I subscribed to Pratilipi with the ₹1 trial offer. Without clearly informing, an AutoPay was activated and ₹150 was deducted every month without my knowledge. Later, I found out and cancelled the AutoPay. This feels unfair. Please refund the wrongly deducted amount. I have already contacted support but no proper response yet. Kindly resolve this issue immediately and improve transparency in subscription terms.

I am unable to read without using the TalkBack feature on my phone. ​The issue occurs when using the phone's TalkBack feature with your application. ​When I read a story episode in your app, the 'go back' and phone's 'back' buttons do not work correctly.
