I purchased a one-month premium subscription today, but after reading a few episodes, the app automatically logged me out and now I’m unable to log back in. It keeps showing errors like “Check your internet connection” and “Login request cancelled by Pratilipi Comics,” even though my internet is working fine. This is very disappointing right after payment. Please resolve the issue immediately or process a refund.

I'm done with this app. I'm a student and I came here for the horror comics. After 20 episodes you locked everything and removed all free ways to earn coins. No ads, no quests, nothing. Only pay. I don't have UPI or a card so that's it for me. The daily unlock is a joke too. It skips straight to the last episode and ruins the story, so it's not even a real option. I saw your team told another class 10 student to just "purchase premium". We can't. We're students. You made this 12+ but works 18+

The stories are really good, but there’s one issue. After the subscription ends, the episodes that were already unlocked should remain unlocked. It feels disappointing that they get locked again. If previously unlocked episodes stay accessible even after the subscription expires, readers who want to continue with new episodes will still take the subscription.”
