Programme reminders haven't worked for ages. Notifications have been positively allowed in the Freeview app settings, and also in the mobile device Settings>Apps to allow notifications, including locked/unlocked pop-ups. App used to work all the time, but hasn't worked for months now since summer/autumn 2024, even though the app has been uninstalled and reinstalled, and I am using the latest version.

Usually a convenient way of quickly checking one's favorite channel listings, all on 1 screen. But for the last few days it either won't update the listings to the current day, or it shows the right listings for today, but displays a different day at the top of the screen. This makes it frustrating & confusing, especially due to it's other problem: If you're looking at a previous day's listing, as u scroll around the channels, it often jumps back to the current day without u noticing.

Useless, the TV ad leads us to believe we can watch Freeview on devices. Completely misleading. We can watch streaming from other apps, other than that it's just a tv guide. This just takes up extra space, no use at all. It's a goner from my phone. Developer responses to complaints are identical too, review after review, they can't even be bothered to rephrase their stock answer!
