The newest update for the website earlier this week is terrible. Booking appointments is now in this tiny side panel. You can't access notes on the same page while booking which is crucial for our business. We've been w/ Fresha since it was Shedul and we're incredibly disappointed with the changes. Very hard to book appointments w/ multiple stylists. You have to do infinite more clicks than before to accomplish tasks that used to be simple. Already spoke to my rep about this. Very dissatisfied.

Plenty of choices but you cannot leave a rating for providers who bail out at last second and cancel on you. Asked support if this was possible but isn't, meaning companies whobwaste your time only get to have positive ratings. As I had both of the services I booked cancelled by the company at last second and they will keep doing it, I have no interest in using this app further.

absolutely amazing talent! chloe is super clean and pays so much attention to each client. She takes extreme pride in her work and listens to what you want, chloe also gives good advice for treatments and top aftercare advice. Her working environment is so private it's cosy and welcoming, nothing us to much great prices to I would refuse to yse anyone else!
