Ratings and reviews

The app is okay. Bare minimum. Please add functionality to alert the user if a spot opens up in any given day between a given time. The place I book is generally fully booked but last minute cancellations always happen. I sometimes want to be able to find that open slot without having to open the app 10 times a day. This would benefit businesses also

App allows scammers! Avoid at all cost! I scheduled with a barber, who changed the time 1 minute before the appointment. He changed it to 45 minutes later. I told this wouldn't work and I had schedule the time for a reason. He then keeps sending later times. I had to cancel, and booksy still charged me. This is their new little scam, just keep changing the time and get the cancelation fee. Booksy has no refund or dispute button. They don't even got a customer service line but 4 reviews they do

Please be careful with your payment info as I believe the app may have been hacked. I recv'd an email yesterday advising that payment had been made through my Booksy account for 3 haircuts in Fresno. Problem is that I didn't get a haircut (let alone 3) and Fresno is 4 hours from where I live. I've had to delete the saved debit card to the account and make a claim for reimbursement through my bank. The fraudster even had the nerve to reschedule another appt. with the same barber. BEWARE!
