Ratings and reviews

They delay and cancel your order way too often. Courier doesn't answer the phone. Support literally lies to your face and blames "system errors", but they can't figure out how to place a lvl 2 support ticket to unblock the issue.

the app crashes when trying to use existing freshful points. le: I dont use fb and Im not testing the app weeks later and still a critical issue. downgrading to 2stars

Tried it. The very first order had products missing. I asked to be reimbursed for the value of the missing items. The value returned was only half of the price for the missing items. Avoid this service sooner or later they will steal your money. Update: I don't know if there is any way to put in -100 at the star level. After the above review, I got this e-mail, quote: " Please, whenever you encounter a less than pleasant situation, leave us a private message on our...".
