orders not delivered even after over a month has passed, false emails that state that the delivery process has started and then other emails that say 'ignore previous', no info where the package is, false status in the app that indicates that orders have been delivered, while they are not (so you cannot even track them). would not recommend

Disappointed, I place my 1st order and waited for almost a month only getting emails about issues on the warehouse, now order was canceled due to "Item is no longer available" and no even explanation for the reimbursement. Very sad experience for a 1st time user😣

I ordered twice and they cancelled my order both times, because they say they dont have the products i chose in warehouse but they advertise them and enable you to add them to your basket and order them. Horrible business policy.
