just updated the app to scan a Pop at the store, now my username/password no longer works, and when I try to recover that information (to make sure I'm using tge right info), my email address is no longer valid. I keep getting the message (Oops, we've hit a snag... please retry." There's NO WAY I'm creating a new account and rescanning/looking up my ENTIRE collection again. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I'm deleting the app. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever used. It didnt used to be this way, but its awful now. Scanner does not work most of the time (just a black screen or absolutely won't focus), looks like any pop without price data defaults to $238 value, and the search function... good grief. I type in the literal name on the pop box and its the 15th or 20th on the list. Random unrelated items showing up. Just bad.

I previously had an account on the app. Since getting a new phone over a year ago I have earned an "oops... we hit a snag" error message every time I try to log in. I gave up on my old account and decided to just make a new one, except haha you can't create an account either. There are reviews spanning back years for this problem, at some point you need to fix your problems or lose your entire customer base. :/
