it's a scam. The (mandatory) money you pay upfront can't be refunded if unused. There is no way to park at most locations (i.e. inner city of Pafos). Therefore we needed to ride another 10 minutes out of the city again, to park on 1m2 next to a big road/middle of nowhere.

very expensive took 2 scooters on a new account had to put 10 euros on first 1st scooter was faulty so cancelled that one and got another but still charged me 2.80 euro for it with no refund and still cost me 12.50 euro to go about 3 kilometres very expensive app deleted lessen learnt ? and also took 2 payments out of my bank account with out my permission to take the 2nd transaction very naughty avoid!!

The app takes money. Scooters are not unlocked. There is no support to return the money.
