The app changed quite some time ago through Frasers and has been unusable since. I have tried 4/5 transactions over the past year, and each one goes the same way. 1. Add items to cart 2. Input details and pay - redirected to my banks app to authenticate - succeed and money taken into "pending" 3. Return to app for card details to be processed. 4. Stuck in an infinite waiting screen where the order never gets confirmed. 5. 8 days later my money is automatically returned. Will no longer try.

I don't order anything from the app, but I do check what's available and check nice offers sometimes. however, I realised I ran into a problem. Everything I go to somewhere else. sometimes it logs me out over a server issue, even though I have my WiFi connected and everything. I thought someone got into my account, so I changed my password, but that's not the case. do I need to delete the app and redownload it again? because that would be annoying.

Great app, I enjoy the competitions and the notifications for pre-orders and new releases. Does what it says on the tin. Only downside, it causes a bug that brings up an error (at least on Samsung devices) that says "This section is no longer available" every time a notification comes through, or you restart your device. I've experienced it on two separate phones, and it's been an issue for way longer than it should have been.
