incredibly difficult and frustrating to deal with. will take funds from your bank even though they have been informed that the transactions are fraudulent. do not trust with your money In response to Currensea; I have given all of the details more than once. When you reply to their emails they invariably bounce bank. NatWest, the originator back, have already completed their fraud investigation and found me not at fault yet Currensea have re-initiated direct debits & retaken money illegally

My experience of Currensea was very good until I had an issue. I changed my connected bank account and my card stopped working. Over a week has passed and Currensea haven't resolved the issue. The communication from them has been very poor. They have not been proactive and have only responded when I've chased them up. It's a very competitive marketplace, so I'm moving elsewhere.

This is an excellent service. We have saved hundreds of pounds on exchange rates. Very efficient and great communication.
