Ratings and reviews

When I click to 'reset password' it sends me an email link. Clicking on this then informs me that the 'link has expired' less than three minutes since it was sent. Utterly useless app that promises much but delivers diddly squat. Unusable! I keep trying to use this app and reset the password. It keeps me on a 'continuous loop' stating that I should resend my email address for a link to reset password. Utterly useless! Total waste of my time. Customer service is non-existent too! DON'T USE!

Currensea was no help with a transfer that I tried to cancel, but they refused. So, if they are not willing to help in my home country, how can I trust them to be helpful when abroad? Plus, replied emails would just bounce back, so it was hard to talk to them, and I couldn't send them screenshots with the evidence for some odd reason.

Whenever I start spending, the app stops working. I can never seem to keep track of what I have spent. Also, when I try to use the desktop version, a screen referring me to the app blocks my access to the dashboard. Please can someone contact me to tell me whether this is a deliberate feature of the app.
