I opened an account with this fintech company because I wanted to be able to withdraw my money whilst on holiday abroad. YET AGAIN, my account has been BLOCKED because someone has come up with a shoddy algorithm. There are standards set by other fintechs, and Currensea is beneath contempt. If you don’t mind a "second-rate" company having access to your bank account and your finances, Currensea is designed for that; otherwise, give it a miss. I wouldn’t recommend it.

If you decide to travel abroad for any length of time anywhere in the world then a Currensea card is an absolute must have. Getting this card was the best move I made! ( after deciding on the trip!!! ) It makes travelling easy, you can link it to two banks and should you have a problem with one bank you just switch to the back up by using the app. Re; Customer service, Teddie is indicative of their first class service, friendly,polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

been with currensea a couple of years. Disappointed that I can't use many features, virtually none via a laptop, only through the app. I have bad eyesight so prefer the larger screen and only having the app option does not help me. Edited from developers response : The chances of someone stealing a phone us far greater than a laptop plus I have additional security features on my computer, ones I do not have on my phone & many of us over 50 have poor eyesight and the interface is far easier us.
