Customer service with this bank is trash! They either won't respond at all or just give you false information. They have my money locked up for almost a week now, and won't respond to my email or WhatsApp messages. On call, they say "It'll be fixed by the end of the day" when some of them don't even ask for my account number talkless of checking the cause of the problem. I really wish there was a better option representing the Nation.

Limit control: I am unable to find momo limit to be able to adjust limit. what could be the issue? I have done deletion and reinstalled the app but still have the same issue. my phone is galaxy note 9

I created a savings account and deposited 100 cedis into the account. But recently, I've received a message that says that 12 GHS have been deducted from my account. For E - service bundle charge. But, I don't understand

What’s new

Salary Advance repayments can now be made on weekends and holidays.
MSE customers can now onboard directly onto the app.
Funds can now be transferred from USD, EUR, and GBP accounts to GHS accounts.
Customers can move funds from their prepaid cards displayed on the app (physical/virtual) to a linked account.
Auto-reversal has been implemented for failed GHIPSS transactions to enable faster resolution.
An issue affecting standing orders for GHIPSS transactions has been resolved.
