I've been able to use the credentials sent to me to log in to my account on my computer but when I enter the same credentials on the app and press the log in button, it doesn't give me any feedback. It stays on till I close the App. But when I log in using a web browser, am able to log in with ease. What could be wrong? Is the app not working?

The fact that you are able to log in from the browser indicates that, everything is fine with your account and credentials and should go same with the app. However, If app is unresponsive, then could be communication between app and your OS. Size of memory or storage can also be a factor else uninstall the app and reinstall it.

It used to be working but about 2 months later I'm not able to open the app successfully. It normally gets me the feedback "Something went wrong, please try again". I took my phone to the nearest Branch but they couldn't resolve the issue til date.

since I started using the app early this year it has been useful some of the times, however I have not been successful when I am making momo transactions. just this last two weeks I haven't been able to log into the application either by the phone or on computer. the sad thing is that nobody is communicating to us about the issue and when it would be resolved.
