Unusable I had major issues being able to use the app at all after signing up. It took months to resolve. For a brief time, I was able to use the app. Now the navigation buttons block the ability to access the details of any purchased cards. How was an app like this allowed to go into production? It fails to deliver on the core thing it's supposed to do. Any cars I buy is inaccessible on my Samsung phone.

used to be good..... The prices used to be better a couple years ago. additionally, a couple months ago they added a additional transaction fee which reduced savings further. I also spent $150 on a $200 gift card that turned out to be worthless, and then got no help from support on that issue. I have bought hundreds of gift cards on this app since 2018, and this is the first one that's ever had an issue, but apparently I basically just lost 150 bucks because I can't get any help from them.

They added a platform fee, which by itself is okay because I already assumed they would try to make money on the spread. The problem is the fee is not upfront, so I could've potentially bought a card with no discount, but then would lose money by the fee. It messes up any calculations I try to do if I don't know how much the fee is going to be.
