First impressions of a service I'm being forced to use all of a sudden by my complex are HORRIBLE. Packages constantly have to be rescheduled, either the time you previously selected is suddenly no longer available or the later deliveries just don't come and are returned to the facility in the morning. They also didn't deliver to my door, but to somewhere else and I can't go get it! Steer clear if you can.

support button doesn't work, which is a critical function for an app such as this one. service is overpriced and iffy. In most cases I've found that you'll get your package faster from the primary delivery service (Amazon, USPS, UPS, etc). hopefully enough folks in the building complain and we cancel this expensive and unnecessary service. leave it.

Notifications for app DO NOT WORK. I've reinstalled twice and it still just sends a text...SOMETIMES. In a couple weeks it'll stop sending those and I have to reinstall the app and reset my preference. Support is a joke, you can only submit pre-existing issues THEY decide on and there is no other option. I tried to ask support about the notification issue... nope. Nothing.
