Fetch is a terrible service, someone is either stealing packages and not even trying to deliver them (we have them on camera), the don't notify you that you have a package in the app, and the app doesn't have many options to rectify these constant mistakes. If you're moving and you tour a complex that uses fetch, avoid at all costs. They use random 1099 thieving contactors to deliver things and they're looking for any opportunity to steal your stuff. Even with signature only, they're that bold.

Unbelievably horrendous login interface. Does not support autofill. Clears both Fields whenever switching apps. Does not support split screen. (crashes when pasting in split screen and the login button covers one of the fields.) Effectively impossible to conveniently log into. Out of literally hundreds of apps this is the only one that I know that fails so incredibly and thoroughly. As an app developer myself, I cannot really understand how they have managed to make it this bad.

Sorry to hear that login wasn't a good experience, but thank you for the detailed description of the problems. The split screen and app switching behaviors will be improved with the next app release (1.22.0), and we are investigating the crash you encountered.

The app is terrible because very old shipments are still showing up as out for delivery and new shipments don't appear. There is also a weird error code that pops up when you open the app sometimes and the only way to resolve is to force quit. As far as the service goes, I was forced into this because it's required by my apartment building (in an effort to cut THEIR costs of handling their tenants packages). It's not cheap either ($120 per year). Can't wait to move so I don't have to use this.
