Ratings and reviews

My residence forces me to use this service and my experience so far has not been great. 1. The app does not provide the option to change delivery method if it is out for delivery. 2. There is no option to contact the delivery driver while they are on the way to delivery. 3. There is no option to talk to Support in-app. Each conversation is an email. My experience using Fetch has been extremely frustrating.

So far, this is just Amazon drivers with extra steps. One week into using this service (forced through my lease contract), I'm having lost packages and 3 layers of AI before I talk to a human who I have to explain everything to all over again. If I wanted lost packages and AI customer support I would just go through Amazon delivery and get it sooner, plus at least I could get replacement products because it was their driver's fault. For the app specifically, I can't leave a comment on a delivery

Horrible app. Horrible middle-man service. First of all you can't auto full the password, so if you're one of the millions using a password manager, then you're of luck. Even if you wanted to enter your password you can't because when I focus on the password field, it gets cut off so I don't know what I'm putting in. I hate this whole service. it makes me want to buy a house and move out of my complex because we have to use them to get our packages and they're so inconvenient. Do better.
