I have been unable to access my transaction history for 4 weeks now! I call your customer care and they keep saying the app is under maintenance and would be ready in a few days. A few days turned to weeks. Just got a prompt to update and still unable to access TRANSACTIONS! It keeps saying under maintenance. And why would I register with my email, pay and place an order, and you guys don't send receipts to my email? Why?

Just as another user said, the data you type in disappears when you try to copy in said data from another app. Complete time waster. Also couldn't reach any of the phone numbers on their Google Business profile. Uninstalled. EDIT: I tried that number 3 times from 7:42 to 8:20am. It said all reps were busy and disconnected me. I didn't try the email because there are so many other logistics companies. Oya Now's app immediately took care of my urgent delivery, and they showed up within 20 min of my placing the order. Instead of posting these boilerplate responses, fix your app and service.

So far this is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I paid to ship an item with GIGL and this is the 7th week and I do not know the current status of my item. None of this tracking systems is working, you can't check to know where your item is currently located. Customer service is zero as well, after reaching out to them via multiple channels they all seem to say the same thing "we'll look into it and revert to you" and then leave all messages on read. This is a service I paid fully for
