This app and its service keep giving me problem after problem. Trinity metro on demand is so unreliable, drivers show up when they want to, most of them just cancel the ride, the app sometimes doesn't even books the right location giving me a completely different location, the weekend hours of operation are horrible who came up with 5:30 am to 7:30 am and 4:00pm to 7:30 pm. I don't want to use this service anymore, due to all the stress and anxiety it gives me.

well to start i do love the app. I've met some great drivers and have gotten help in situations where without them I wouldn't be in a good position. that's the good things I had to say. now the bad. I've experienced some hiccups when it comes to the scheduling and some customer support hasn't been very forgiving or helpful. I've also had weird moments where if I set up a scheduled time at least a week in advance the pickup location and/or time would not be the time I selected.

Gets worse every time I use it. Finally canceled a ride that was "4 minutes away" for over an hour. This happens every couple of times I use the app, but I didn't have time to wait so I canceled and they still charged me. How is their inability to quote a correct time my fault? I'm out that money and the time I missed for being late to work. If I'm using this app, clearly I don't have money to throw away like that.
