GUUD is your personal assistant to lead a healthier life. The application can be connected via Bluetooth with your GUUD smart scale, to record and manage your body's health indicators on a daily basis effectively and quickly. The application allows you to track multiple body composition metrics (BMI, body fat, body water, bone mass, basal metabolism, body age, muscle mass, etc.) and indicate in which range of health status you are visually and in historical graphs, as well as advise you on exercise and nutrition to reach your level of optimal health
