Do Not Use, I've lost all of my photos!! I downloaded this app to store the many photos that I have taken on my phone and can then also access them on other devices. I asked it to backup all of my photos and free up space and it's deleted all of the photos I've taken over the past 18months and only backed up the other folders I.e WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc which I can access at any time. Really disappointed as I've contacted customer services and they can't do anything to help. AVOID!!

Always crashing; says it hasn't backed up in 2 months...when I hit back up now-- it crashes. I've had app since 2014/2015...back then it was reliable--now it's a nuisance (and probably kills my battery doing NOTHING!). The responses from support to the many issues customers are experiencing speaks volumes of how unreliable support is. It's a bit more $$, but a paid subscription on Google Drive has served me well the last few years when I saw that GCloud (which is NOT Google) was going down hill.

UPDATE: LIFETIME subscriber being fed ads since new update. I posted a review here mentioning the new large ads being served to me as a lifetime subscriber since the beginning. Support here indicated they would like to FIX this, and to email support. Upon emailing support, I was talked down to and condescended explaining monetization models. I have no use for subscription as I already have unlimited storage. They spit in the face of LIFETIME users telling me to buy subscription I don't need.
