Horrible lack of instructions and which app? There is a QR code sticker in the instructions manual and a different QR code on the device so I now have two apps on my phone, neither of which work well. It took at least an hour to figure out how to connect and I seriously doubt I'll be able to jump on easily when I go out tomorrow to collect the files. Agree with others re vulnerabilities in settings. Maybe it will get easier.

Overall the app is pretty good. I'd like to see an option where 'ALL' actually means ALL though instead of just the images on the screen. I tend to download ALL and then delete ALL but I have to do it screen by screen which takes precious time away from hunting. I've actually had the Bluetooth work out to 130yds which is incredible....other times it's good only out to 25 yds which is still about what you expect.

Again, it was up to date when I purchased this camera, it had the most up to date software. It never worked, yoyr pist to me is over a year late. I wrote you very long ago, since then, I just threw this so called new camera out. Add on note...... my post was nearly a year ago, and you're just now responding. I had the most up to date vetsion when I wrote you. I just threw the camera out. Does not work and does not recognize my correct password. Horrible app, waist of money
