For some reason, the doorknob (K01) was removed from the app. I've been attempting to add the lock back to the app, but every time I try, I get an error message ("Add device failed"). I've tried resetting the door knob several times and have not been able to add it back to the app. The door knb is now stuck in factory mode - pointless if I have to use a key to open it.

I can't register an account. It asks for a verification code, but it never sends me one. I assume I put my email address in, hit send and I get nothing. No messages saying it sent. No emails, checked spam. Nothing. Can't use the app because I can't register. UPDATE: Developer responded and resolved the issue. I was able to register and setup my device. The app does what it is supposed to. There are a few places where you can't read all the text.

Initially, fine. I would open the app, open my door, simple. Now, everytime I want to enter my room I get an advertisement, which is the most annoying implementation I've ever seen for this type of app. Imagine opening your messenger app and getting an ad everytime. I'm at a loss for words. As of writing this the app won't even open for 5 seconds without crashing- so I have to uninstall my smart door lock to get in my room. I'll be refunding my lock due to this mandatory app, that's for sure.
