One of the worst apps I've literally ever used. Almost impossible just to connect your camera to the actual gembox, Bluetooth signals just won't show up. On a random day when it does decide to work none of the settings will load, so you just have a blown out image that you can't adjust, and one day those might decide to appear but your camera settings will just decide not to sync with the app so your image will never be in focus, or will be stuck in the wrong focus mode. Unusable.

The app has an easy interface as well as ease of use. It really falls behind on how limited the live view editing comes. Most apps you can manipulate the saturation, hue, shadows, highlights, etc. I find it incredibly frustrating to get certain colored stones to their exact color when the app only lets you control brightness, sharpness and tone. I expected more out of the photo taking from paying a great deal for this lightbox. Having to edit the photo/video in another app defeats the purpose.

3/08/21 - App is Junk. It's been one year since we purchased the system and it's buggy and UNUSABLE. The box is awesome,but will become a paperweight without the app. Don't expect to buy the system and have the app working flawlessly. To think we paid for a complete system over $2000, it's nuts. Not recommendable right now. The issue is not related to android 11, it always had issues. We purchased the whole set, including the black background.
