Ratings and reviews

Keeps crashing. It was working fine when I first started using it and now it keeps saying it's not working. I go to app and try setting it, I send the problem to the company for review and it keeps saying the same thing all day long, every day. Please fix the issue or bugs.

App doesn't work properly! It keeps flashing app not working, or close app, or send feedback option sign. It's not something I want to keep dealing with. Fix this app then I can use it properly and then I'll raise my rating.

I have not been able to get my data online or on phone. Can not get in contact with with anyone for troubleshooting.
