Just bought a policy with GoAuto INS. At first, everything went well, until I received my bill. GoAuto is charging me a full month for only 19 days of coverage, so I did what any reasonable person would and tried to call to find a solution to this problem... Well I've been on hold for 36 minutes, after having to use a "call tree" to get to the right place. I'm still on hold as I write this review!! During this time I've tried to login to the App, with no luck so far. STAY AWAY!!!!

the prices are decent but don't even expect to get ahold of anyone I tried for 3 months to both message people and call even dedicated an entire weekday to calling every 5 minutes from four different phone numbers just to get somebody to answer and no one ever does just rings forever And the one time I got a voicemail no one ever responded back to me
