ZERO stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD! Different situation where customer service was no help. When making payment, the app glitched & gave an error message. I closed the app & logged in again & verified that no payment went through, so I made my payment. To my surprise, when I checked my bank statement, Brightway "coveniently" pulled my payment twice. Luckily I had the funds to cover, but again customer service & their supervisors weren't able to help with anything. WORST CARD EVER!!!!

They refused to update my address to match the one on my ID, which caused issues when I tried to use it. They flagged my activity as suspicious, and despite my explanations, they wouldn't make the necessary change. Rather than resolving the issue with a simple fix, they chose a different route, by closing my account.

Easy to use, convenient, & detailed enough to understand, but not too detailed. Just enough to understand what you spent vs. what you paid, etc. All ages can use this app & not find themselves confused or lost in the process of paying a bill. I think that the use of the rewards system, "6 on-time payments in a row" & you pick from a credit increase, lower apr, etc. is extremely effective. However, I would like to see rewards increase slightly the longer you're a member who is always on time.
