SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I signed up for a game and had my spot confirmed. Just before the match, I checked the app and saw I was removed. The host changed, no notice given. Support only offered credits, not a refund. I had to argue to even get my money back — still waiting. Be careful using this app, they can kick you out last minute and make refunds difficult.

I really like the app, but right now there's probably a management issue or something because they cancel many games last minute, left and right. They don't bother checking in with the venues if their games are happening. They wait for all players to show up, for the venue to turn them down, and they cancel last minute. Doesn't matter if you're coming from far away, you'll just have to take on the pill. Very frustrating experiences unfortunately.
