Customer service tends to be busy especially for existing bookings If they don't revert 2 hours before with driver details, you can't cancel thro app Tracking of driver is not accurate.

please don't download, I had bid 5000, before accepting the ride it shows amount to be collected is 5k, but after accepting the ride. the amount to be collected is 4,555. it's unacceptable yet the owners need to pay tolls, driver's allowance, tolls 450, and i cancel the Trip, also 455, even before 24 hrs, they are checking the cab owners, cab owners so please don't download & get inside the trap as I fell, thankyou
