Fairly miserable experience with this app. I can never pay bills through the app. It goes to that page and nothing happens. It will sometimes work on my iPad so maybe it's only an Android thing but I'm probably going to be moving my money to a different bank with a more reliable app. Mobile banking is a necessity for me.

This app is functionally worthless. Half the time it doesn't work, the other half it's so buggy and clunky that you might as well not even be trying. It's embarrassing that a fairly major regional bank still has such a terrible quality banking app experience in 2023. We're in the digital era now; evolve out of the stone age. Mobile banking is a necessity these days and this is total garbage, over a year without an update. I need to just switch banks and be done with it.

I can do everything from the app it is easy to use and no down time.
