6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

Like the new app with the exception of two things..... 1.....miss the pin # for quick log on, especially when passwords are often misspelled on small phone keyboards. 2.....old app seemed to be easier to read first part of transaction to know where it was. This one you have to tap on it to get past all the numbers, and then it takes you back to the top of the list instead of where you left off. Other than those it's great thanks!

Extremely difficult to figure out. With help of comments found the "deposit" option on the "+" at the bottom of the app. Then I had to figure out to click the green checkmark to confirm to accept the check image(I thought the green checkmark was them saying the image was captured). Not user friendly at all. I tried using the back arrow to get back etc then the check image disappeared.

Was working, now completely unusable for making deposits (which is all I use it for). The problem is with the camera. You take the picture then the program makes it high contrast to the point the software can't read the check. This is something new as I've been using the program for over a year. What really is frustrating is that there is NO support email to contact them at so that's why it's such a low rating - don't want to spend a bunch of time on the phone so if this gets their attention, great. Would love a follow up on what to do. DOES ANYONE IN SUPPORT READ THESE REVIEWS?
