At Grind n Shine Performance we are all about working as a Team. We have a great passion in educating our clients in all aspects of health and fitness. Not only do we focus on building dedication, commitment and strong willpower, but we focus on upskilling our clients which allows them to reach their goals. We work cohesively with our clients, providing them with the tools they need to reach their desired goals. To do this, we completely personalise their training and nutrition programs, adapting them to suit the individual. We provide both Online Coaching services and Face to face personal training services. This allows us to stand out as we aim to provide different services in order to suit all individuals and their schedules. Everyday we guide individuals to train hard and with intensity, eat amazing food which they genuinely enjoy and thrive whilst feeling confident. We believe constant communication is vital throughout one’s journey. Therefore, we organise weekly check-ins. During this time we allow all clients to answer a range of questions about their week, leave feedback and together we discuss this.
