2/28/26: APP is still lagging & buggy dropping my rating again. 11/23/25: I gave it a 2-star rating, 1 because the app doesn't want to turn on most of the time and 2 because I like these products. About the new app. It's good (IF I can get in). 99.99% of the time it stays on the loading screen and won't let me in. Also, online or on the APP (when I can actually get in), the Favorites list doesn't work. It just shows up as gray boxes.

This app is garbage! I love Grove, but the app constantly has issues. I do much better just USING MY BROWSER to login. I can't even get the app to open at all now. It just sits on the opening screen for several minutes and then closes completely. Also, when you're looking at an item, and you'd like to enlarge the photo to zoom in, it will not allow you to. It use to, but in their infinite wisdom, they've decided to remove that feature. I'm going to just use the browser.

The app hasn’t worked for me since the recent updates to the website, logo, and app. On top of that, I almost never receive my full order, and I often don’t receive the free item that’s included with my purchase. At this point, it has become such a hassle to place an order and actually receive what I paid for that I’ve decided to stop using the app, the website, and Grove altogether. This is really disappointing, especially after seven years of being a monthly customer.
