You’ll need to sign up to become a towing and roadside Partner at joinHONK.com first. Once you sign up we will walk you through the steps on how to download the app and add other operators so that you can start taking jobs with HONK.

I was asked to do a job (tire change), and I was informed that the tire might be hard to get out of under the truck. I got to the job spare tire, was flat informed driver and honk. I have never been paid. If you don't accept the job on the app they start calling. Theres no phone number to contact them without a reference number. They pay you by email with debit card numbers.

This app is garbage and working with Honk is a waste of your time. It was pleasant in the beginning but with new management they really nickle and dime you to death, they don't authorize additional mileage anymore. Personally I don't need any more practice working for free or wearing out my equipment not to mention taking on extra liability for less than gas money. Lastly, they deliberately don't offer a phone number for service providers to contact them which is a total joke.

Always tries to underpay, ($27 to travel 50 miles or more for a battery jump? I don't think so!) No one ever answers the phone. Refuses to pay for GOAs. Withholds payments for anything for as long as they can get away with. Provides incorrect location information. The list goes on.... We'd all be better off under Agero. At least they have Consistency.
