Its connection to the HealAdvisor expert database in the HealAdvisor Cloud ensures that the recommendations in the HealAdvisor App are permanently extended and updated.

The HealAdvisor Cloud is based on an AI (Artificial Intelligence) model that constantly expands our knowledge about frequencies, individually processing it for you.

Ratings and reviews

When it works it's amazing. But the app itself is glitchy. Sometimes it doesn't open at all which is very annoying as it saves all the programmes I need to run. When it works it comes up with programmes to run for a particular illness or symptom and these can be added to a schedule. You can use it every day to track what you need to run and it links directly to the pink app. Again sometimes this doesn't work! I like that I can change dates & times and set reminders

I'm pretty tech savvy but I am having a very hard time navigating this app. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially with this product because I love it so much but the software is impossible to figure out. There is no guidance, and the little instruction it gives makes it even more confusing. The website crashes often, it seems like whenever I select "support" or any other link really, it redirects me to the shop. Help your consumers!

I'm paying for this subscription but I'm unable to connect to it. The app shows I don't have access but my bank account is being charged monthly. I have messaged the company multiple times to ask for a refund for the months that I have paid and they have not responded. It's been over 2 months. I waited to review, hoping they'd respond. I wouldn't recommend this until more of the bugs are sorted out with this device and the apps.
