About this app

The HealthVDA application allows access to the Valle d'Aosta electronic health records services and makes the CUPweb service available for consultation, booking and online payment of health services.

ESF Electronic Health File of Valle d'Aosta (for citizens who have given their consent to the Valle d'Aosta Electronic Health Record www.fse.vda.it)
Access to the services of your Electronic Health Record following SPID authentication (www.spid.gov.it), such as:
- Consultation of the electronic clinical documents issued by the Local Health Authority of Valle d'Aosta and the Affiliated Bodies: Hospital discharge letters, First aid reports, Radiology reports, Radiology images, Laboratory analysis and microbiology reports, Outpatient reports, Reports of pathological anatomy, Letters of the end of radiotherapy treatment, Minutes of operative acts, Letters of the Day Hospital discharge, Letters of access Day Hospital, Documents in external and internal regime
- Consultation of the Synthetic Health Profile issued by the Family Physician and Free Choice Pediatrician
- Consultation of the reminders of pharmaceutical and specialist / diagnostic prescriptions
- Consultation of vaccinations
- Consultation of exemptions for pathology and income
- Management and receipt of notifications for the availability of new clinical documents, reminders, reservations, etc.
- Reception of news and alerts
- Choice and revocation of the family doctor

CUPweb Online reservations for Valle d'Aosta
Service accessible following SPID authentication (www.spid.gov.it) that allows the reservation of the electronic Recipe-reminder (Specialist visits and exams or Laboratory Exams), of the Red Challenges, Access without Challenging and Booking for another user.
The booking activity is guided by CUPweb in the main steps:
1. Check the availability of the selected or manually entered service
2. Presentation of the first available date
3. Selection of other hourly and ambulatory availability
4. Request for acknowledgment of any preliminary information for the performance of the service
5. Tariff and booking confirmation
6. Consultation of the Reservation Coupon with attached the Notice of Payment pagoPA
7. Contextual or deferred payment of the reservation on the Regional Electronic Payments Platform (pagoPA)

For the registered appointment it is possible to consult, transfer, cancel and reissue the Reservation Coupon.

For reservations that can not be managed independently by the user through the online CUPweb is the EasyCUP service: the user can forward, in a dynamic and automatic way from the CUPweb system, the information of interest to the Telephone Cup service. At the time of the call, the user can specify the number of tickets assigned to the request to allow telephone operators an immediate / complete reconditioning of the information and thus facilitate / speed up the booking process.


Free access utility services
Free access services, without authentication, which allow:
- Research and localization of Gluten-Free shops and Pharmacies with timetables / shifts with the possibility of point-to-point navigation
- Consultation of timetables and location of primary care doctors' surgeries with the possibility of point-to-point navigation
- Consultation / download documents of general usefulness and support for the conduct of visits / exams
