Home Service - It would have been better if there were options to type in names of patients, nearest clinic location, packages/lab tests to take, and if possible, to attach doctor's referrals instead of waiting for callbacks to dictate all of that info. Regular patients like me most often than not can't read a doctor's hand writing. One of the reasons why also their hotline is busy all the time and waiting times are soooo long!

Good way ro know whether if the labs conducted already had result so that when you go to them to get hard copy, you'd be assured that there is hard copy already. What i find lacking is that i took package 20 for pre-employment requirement and took an additional 2 panel drug test. I already have the 5 lab results, but the 1 physical exam result which contains the medical report for fit to work cannot be found in the app. I was only to get it in HPD branch, and not see it in app. Pls include it.

I have been constantly using this app for 3 years now and didn't hvae problems downloading my test results. How come this time when I download my test results, an empty file is saved and there is no option to even print/save the cumulative results. Why change some things that have been perfectly working already
