Camera can't recognise any SD card. Replaced the router with a new one, camera cannot connect to Wifi. I have cheaper cameras that work with no problems at all. Expensive junk. I realise this is a review for the app, and not the camera, but there is no support at all.

Stopped working app keeps crashing and 1 camera quit working completely unless it's plugged up even with a full charge won't cut on unless plugged up. Can't log in on any devices as soon as it opens up to log in app closes

it worked for a month or so but all notifications stopped and all video is now delayed for hours. It freezes up most days and can't get it to do anything.
